Speak German and based in or around Madrid? Bring your hospitality know-how to a general hospitality technology leader as a German-speaking Customer Success Manager (PMS), growing and protecting a portfolio of hotel clients who already rely on the product.

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager (PMS), you'll be the commercial point of contact for an existing base of hotel clients already using our PMS and payment solutions. You'll keep customers happy, surface upsell opportunities within the products they already use, and protect revenue by monitoring account health and preventing churn. You'll handle incoming commercial requests, keep the CRM up to date, and hand qualified leads to the cross-sales team, working alongside marketing, product, technical support, and sales to hit your KPIs.

What you'll do
- Be the commercial contact for existing customers and their inquiries
- Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the product portfolio
- Monitor account health and prevent churn before it starts




- Turn complaints and escalations into trust by working with the right internal teams
- Keep the CRM up to date and feed opportunities to the cross-sales team
- Build deep product knowledge to match solutions to customer needs

What you'll bring
- Fluent German, plus strong English
- A background in hospitality (hotel operations, hotel software/PMS, or revenue management is a strong plus)
- Excellent commercial and customer-relationship skills, with a genuine ownership mindset
- Confident with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and a team-first mindset
