- The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to accelerate CarrerUp's international growth.

Your mission will be to identify new opportunities, generate qualified leads, build relationships with key stakeholders in the football industry, and book meetings for our Business Development team.

- Your Responsibilities

* Identify and prospect football clubs, academies, licensed agents, scouts, federations, universities, brands, and sports organizations.

* Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, phone calls, and networking.

* Schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.

* Build long-term relationships with sports industry professionals.

* Manage and update CRM records.

* Collaborate with Marketing to improve outbound campaigns.

* Represent CarrerUp during online and international events.

* Monitor market trends and identify partnership opportunities.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
- Requirements

* Fluent English (spoken and written).

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Re
