Key Responsibilities




- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory
- Execute commercial strategies and territory action plans
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers
- Promote healthcare technology solutions and articulate their clinical and operational value
- Collaborate with a variety of hospital departments throughout purchasing and decision-making processes
- Establish and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other influential stakeholders
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market insights
- Provide technical and commercial support during the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within CRM systems
