Lasting Dynamics is an independent software development company founded in 2015 and built without external investors. We grow through long-term relationships, not high-volume project delivery. Many clients come to us after unsuccessful outsourcing experiences and stay with us for years.

We design complex web and mobile solutions for international clients, with a strong focus on quality, ownership and solid engineering standards. We are now expanding our team and integrating AI more deeply into our development workflow.

The role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with good familiarity with AI tools,



willing to contribute to real projects for international clients. You will take part in development, technical decision-making and the improvement of our engineering processes.

Tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar are part of the way we work. You will use them to accelerate development, improve code quality and explore better technical solutions, while maintaining responsibility for what you build.

This role is adecuado for someone with at least 3 years of experience who wants to go beyond pure execution, take on more responsibility and grow as an engineer.

Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies
