The Role (ON-SITE AMSTERDAM)

This is a
structured 10-month traineeship with a commercial, outbound sales focus
, designed for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to develop into an International Growth Developer within the medical technology and life sciences sectors. An employment agreement will be offered after the traineeship.

You will engage directly with:

• Hospitals and clinical stakeholders

• Medical device, IVD, and life sciences distributors

• Healthcare decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders

• International manufacturers and GrowthMedics clients

During the traineeship,



you will support multiple client projects and coordinate market-entry and sales-development activities. In the role you will
learn to develop market strategies, build qualified pipelines, generate commercial meetings, and support international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and support country and market-entry roadmap development

• Identify and qualify hospitals, distributors, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare accounts

• Build targeted prospect lists using professional databases and research tools

• Execute outbound sales through cold calling, personalised email, and LinkedIn

• Generate qualified meetings and early-stage commercial opportunities

• Prepare and gradually deliver online product introductions and sales presentations

• Maintain CRM records, pipeline stages, follow-up activities, and next steps

• Support KPI planning, weekly reporting, and client project meetings
