About The Rol
We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our Technical Services Manufacturing & Infrastructure area (SEAT Componentes)





You will be involved in a strategic initiative focused on transforming maintenance processes through Artificial Intelligence in an industrial environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work on real use cases, combining data, AI and operational processes, and contributing to the digital transformation of manufacturing.

You will be part of the AI-Driven Maintenance System, a key initiative aimed at transforming the maintenance function:
- Use of historical data to predict failures and optimise maintenance decisions
- Integration with existing industrial systems
- Development of intelligent tools to support technicians in real-time (chat, voice or video)
- Continuous learning from interventions, capturing expert knowledge and improving consistency
