Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on a full-time basis. As a forward deployed engineer, you’ll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes. You’ll work directly with customers to understand critical workflows and deploy AI agents that operate reliably in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria

• Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations

• Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks

• Own deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement

• Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results

Required Skills & Qualifications:





• 3+ years of experience in a backend-focused software or forward deployed engineering role

• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven solutions

• Proficiency in system design and end-to-end project ownership

• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams

• Strong problem-solving and learning agility in ambiguous environments
