What This Program Is About
- Professional Development program for recent graduates.
- Duration: 2 years.
- Full time position.
- The candidate will join our Digital & IT General Hub in Madrid.
- Mentor support and ongoing training.
- Access to JTI internal vacancies.
- Location: Madrid.
- Start date: September 2026.
- Number of vacancies: 5.

What will you do – Responsibilities:

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied.



Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments: Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corporate Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation services.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Recent graduate or finishing university studies.
- Students or graduates from: Industrial engineering, Computer engineering or similar.
- Skills: proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.
- Language skills: fluent in English (C1).
