As a Back Office Assistant, you will be part of Forvis Mazars Group, based in our Center of Excellence in Barcelona, supporting the smooth running of operations through efficient administrative management, team support, and coordination of internal processes in an international environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks (invoicing, preparation of engagement letters, drafting documents and presentations).
- Support Quality & Risk Management processes (client onboarding, independence checks, project code management).
- Maintain and update information in internal systems such as CRM (Salesforce).




- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with different teams (Audit, Consulting, etc.) ensuring coordination and efficient information flow.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and the use of internal tools and technologies.

Your profile
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within audit, consulting, legal, or similar professional services environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and strong digital skills; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in task execution.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to change.
- Proactive, versátil, and solution-oriented mindset.
