At Quatra, we are looking for an Operations & Logistics Director to lead our operations across Spain and drive operational excellence.
You will oversee multiple operational sites, optimise logistics and plant performance, manage fleet strategy, and lead local operational teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability.
Your responsibilities
Lead operations across multiple sites in Spain.
Visit plants and warehouses regularly to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Quatra Group standards.
Optimise operational processes and logistics flows.
Define and implement the fleet management strategy.
Identify efficiency improvements and lead CAPEX initiatives.
Set objectives and KPIs for each operational site.
Lead, coach and develop Local Managers and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and sustainability standards.
Work closely with the Country Manager and Group COO to support Quatra's continued growth.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial or logistics operations.
Proven experience managing multiple sites and leading operational teams.
Strong knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
Experience evaluating operational investments and continuous improvement projects.
Willingness to travel frequently across Spain.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
