About the job

As the Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences at Mandarin Oriental, Punta Negra, you will lead the overall strategy and operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including our restaurants, bars, in-room-dining and banqueting / catering. This role is focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to both hotel guests and high-profile external visitors. You will be expected to drive significant business from external guests, leveraging your strong industry connections and personal network. This position
