Commercial Training Associate Director
to drive commercial excellence across international markets through innovative learning initiatives, supporting successful product launches and strengthening the capabilities of general commercial teams.

The Commercial Training function plays a critical role in transforming scientific knowledge into impactful learning experiences that enhance the effectiveness of international commercial teams and support the company's strategic growth.

What will you do?
- Continuously analyze clinical data, scientific publications, competitor developments, and insights from major medical congresses.
- Translate complex scientific information into clear, practical, and commercially relevant training materials.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Medical Training, and Marketing teams to develop scientific education content and congress debriefs.




- Lead onboarding programs for new commercial team members across PharmaMar's international markets.
- Design and deliver training programs covering disease awareness, product knowledge, competitive landscape, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement Sales Excellence initiatives to strengthen field force capabilities and performance.
- Build and manage international train-the-trainer programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer across local markets.
- Monitor the quality, consistency, and execution of training programs across affiliates and international teams.
- Develop capability-building initiatives focused on communication, presentation, influence, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Organize learning programs for corporate teams on topics such as clinical trial interpretation, statistics, artificial intelligence, and emerging commercial competencies.
