Job Description
Job Summary:
Our Sales function is responsible for driving sales and development across the business in our markets. By building deep partnerships with our clients and offering creative solutions, we are at the forefront of protecting and growing Visa’s brand and market share.
For this strategic role, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the team managing a key strategic client in Spain,
providing business and technical knowledge of payment processes and associated products.
What we expect of you, day to day:
- Serve as the connector between technology, payment operations and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external partners and work with them to deliver growth by identifying needs, threats, and opportunities for both the client and Visa.
- Analyse client data and understand client needs to develop relevant solutions and ensure excellent service and support for the client. Stay ahead of industry trends and use your knowledge to help our client adapt and stay ahead of the changes.
- Establish a solid engagement with key senior stakeholders adapting flexibly to very different contexts of conducting business and relationships.
