We are currently recruiting a
Staffing Coordinator / Senior Staffing Coordinator
for a
prestigious international strategy consulting firm
operating in a highly dynamic and integral environment.

This position is offered on a
6-month temporary contract
, with
the possibility of permanent incorporation into the firm's workforce
based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Staffing Team, you will:
- Support the day-to-day staffing process for the Consulting Team.
- Match consultants' preferences (industry, case type, location, development objectives, etc.) with client requirements and business priorities.




- Ensure staffing decisions contribute to the professional growth and career development of consultants while meeting business demands.
- Promote a transparent and collaborative staffing process aligned with the firm's core values.
- Maintain open communication regarding project opportunities and staffing decisions.
- Collaborate with staffing teams across multiple geographies.
- Participate in international staffing calls and resource-sharing discussions between offices.
- Act as a backup to the Staffing Manager during peak workload periods and whenever required.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and consulting teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.

What We Are Looking For:
- University degree.
- Master's degree in Human Resources is highly valued.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, legal, audit, or similar environments.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
