PaidSync.ai is an AI-powered ad management platform that unifies the entire paid media stack across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and OpenAI Ads. Campaigns are managed through natural language, either inside leading AI assistants or in the PaidSync dashboard, so there is no new tool to learn. The platform connects to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center to keep targeting, tracking, and reporting in one place.

Transparency is the core design principle. Every change is drafted for review before it goes live, so nothing is edited and nothing is spent without approval. PaidSync.ai was founded by Ahmed Ashraf, a Google Premier Partner with over $500M in managed ad spend, and is a verified partner across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Senior Media Buyer (PPC Specialist) role. Our team is split between EU and EMEA; we follow Spain and UAE time zones. So we need meaningful overlap with one of those time zones.



We meet in person a few times a year for team sessions and workshops, and travel is covered.

The Senior Media Buyer plans, launches, and optimizes paid media campaigns across multiple channels, and owns the outcome on each account. That means media strategy and channel selection, budget forecasting and allocation, bidding strategy, audience building, creative testing, conversion tracking setup, and cross-channel reporting. You will work across both eCommerce and lead generation, and you will be expected to know why those two need completely different thinking.
