We are looking for reliable, experienced cleaners and keyholders to assist with houses and apartments across the Costa Blanca.

Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning houses and apartments between tenants or guests
- Preparing properties before arrivals
- Changing bed linen and towels when required
- Key collection and handover
- Check-ins and check-outs
- Carrying out basic property checks and reporting any damage or maintenance issues
- Ensuring each property is clean, secure and ready for the next arrival

Requirements:
- Previous experience with cleaning or managing rental properties
- Reliable, adaptable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and follow a checklist
- Own car and willingness to travel between properties
- Availability on different days and at varying times
- Ability to communicate in English; Spanish or Norwegian is an advantage

The amount of work will vary, with the possibility of regular assignments.
