As part of the development of a proprietary Generative AI interface (
Secure GPT
), we are looking for a part-time
Senior Product Designer
to lead the product's UX/UI design.

? Your Missions & Deliverables

Operating autonomously within your scope, you will drive the end-to-end design cycle to evolve the GenAI interface:
- Discovery & User Research:
Conduct user interviews, perform competitive benchmarking, and facilitate ideation workshops with stakeholders.
- Design & Prototyping:
Create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Design System:
Maintain, enrich, and scale the existing Design System.
- Delivery & Collaboration:
Present and defend your strategic design decisions to product and engineering teams (in English).

? Required Profile

Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience:




3+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer working on complex web applications (Senior level).
- Figma Mastery:
Advanced expertise in Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
- UX Research & Facilitation:
Solid track record in user research (interviews) and workshop facilitation with stakeholders.
- Design Systems:
Demonstrated ability to contribute to and structure a Design System.
- Autonomy & Ownership:
Ability to manage projects end-to-end with a high level of independence.
- Languages:
Fluent English (B1/B2+ level minimum) required to present and justify your design choices.

Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience with Generative AI (GenAI) products, conversational interfaces, or chatbots (LLMs).
- Proficiency in French.
