Job Overview

The Vice President of Corporate Communications is responsible for leading the company’s integral corporate communications strategy, executive communications, media relations, public affairs, internal communications, and corporate reputation management. This role ensures consistent, transparent, and impactful communication with employees, customers, investors, media, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

The VP of Corporate Communications serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, protecting and enhancing the company's reputation while supporting business growth through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

I. Corporate Communications Strategy and Leadership

Develop and implement the company's global corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives and corporate vision.

Establish communication policies, governance frameworks, and messaging standards across the organization.





Ensure consistent corporate messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Support executive leadership in communicating corporate strategy, business priorities, and organizational transformation.

II. Executive Communications

Develop communication strategies for the CEO and executive leadership team.

Prepare executive speeches, presentations, leadership messages, public statements, and thought leadership content.

Support executive participation in conferences, industry events, investor meetings, and media interviews.

Ensure executive communications reinforce corporate values and strategic priorities.

III. Media Relations and Public Relations

Lead the company's global media relations strategy and public relations activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media organizations, industry analysts, and influencers.
