Position Summary

We are seeking a highly commercial and market-facing professional to
lead PPA origination
and commercial negotiations for renewable
energy and BESS
projects
across Europe
, including Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Germany.

This role will focus on
originating
and
executing
Corporate PPAs, Utility PPAs
, tolling agreements, and other route-to-market arrangements, while also supporting project financing, commercialization strategy, and selected asset monetization activities.





The successful candidate will work closely with local country teams, utilities, traders, corporates, investors, and financial institutions to drive commercial outcomes and enhance project bankability and exit positioning.

Key Responsibilities

PPA Origination & Commercial Development
- Lead the origination, negotiation, and execution of Corporate PPAs, Utility PPAs, tolling agreements, and route-to-market arrangements for utility-scale renewable and BESS projects across Europe and Southeast Asia
- Build and maintain relationships with utilities, energy traders, corporate offtakers, aggregators, and route-to-market providers
- Identify commercial opportunities and support market entry strategies

Commercial Structuring & Transaction Execution
- Lead negotiations of key commercial terms, including pricing structures, settlement mechanisms, curtailment allocation, imbalance treatment, credit support, and bankability considerations
