In this role, you’ll shape the future of our global biosimilar pipeline. As
Global Director Pipeline Biosimilar Platform, you’ll sit at the crossroads of
science, commercial strategy, and investment decisions—helping determine which
biosimilar assets we invest in, when, and at what scale.

You’ll work closely with commercial, R&D;, regulatory, market access,
manufacturing, and competitive intelligence teams to ensure our portfolio
choices are scientifically sound, commercially attractive, and aligned with
long‑term strategy. In a fast‑evolving biosimilar landscape with shorter
lifecycles and shifting general dynamics, you’ll help keep us ahead of the curve




and deliberate in where we place our bets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring a Future‑Ready, Competitive Pipeline by:

* Shaping global biosimilar pipeline strategy, including molecule/platform
selection and portfolio balancing.
* Building differentiated perspectives (thought-leadership) on emerging
technologies, disease trends, and global market evolution.

Strengthening Analytical, Financial & Risk Discipline by:

* Driving rigorous forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning—incorporating
development risk, commercial uncertainty, IP dynamics, and competitive threat
modelling.
* Providing senior leadership with transparent, evidence‑based investment
cases.

Accelerating Growth in a Complex & Dynamic Environment by:

* Navigating increasing scientific and commercial complexity driven by new
therapeutic modalities and expanding target spaces.
* Ensuring adaptability to regulatory shifts, policy changes, and evolving
stand
