Role Description
The Chief Strategic Growth Officer is a full-time, remote executive role responsible for driving long-term growth, market expansion, and value creation across all business units. This role oversees strategic planning for new markets, products, and partnerships, aligning growth initiatives with the company’s mission of sustainability and ethical practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, and identifying opportunities for business development and strategic alliances. The Chief Strategic Growth Officer will collaborate closely with senior leadership on revenue, brand positioning, and portfolio optimization, while establishing metrics and processes to track performance and ensure disciplined execution. This role also involves representing the company in key external relationships, including investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
