We're seeking an Employee Life Cycle Transformation Business Analyst to drive transformational change across our organization. In this role, you'll be at the heart of organizational optimization, architecting global governance frameworks for time & attendance management, and bringing our Employee Life Cycle strategy to life through strategic system design, process alignment, and organizational transformation.

You'll execute our global ELC vision by seamlessly integrating systems, processes, and people into our target operating model, reporting directly to the Global Payroll Transformation M&A; Lead.

This will be a global role with hybrid or remote model of work. Preferred candidates are from Europe, specifically from Kraków, Poland or Madrid, Spain or Bangalore, India.

Your Responsibilities
- Define & Govern: Establish integral ELC processes while intelligently accommodating local country requirements based on regulations and policies
- Enable Technology: Lead Workday design and implementation, building in KPI
