IT Technical Specialist

At Hays, we are looking for an
IT Technical Specialist
to join a leading international organization and play a key role in ensuring the operational continuity and efficiency of its corporate applications landscape.

This position is idóneo for a proactive IT professional with experience in application support, incident management, and user-facing service delivery. As the first point of contact for business users, you will provide first-level support (L1), troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and collaborate closely with functional (L2) and technical (L3) teams to ensure the smooth operation of critical business applications.

Initially, the role will focus primarily on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
, particularly within the Finance domain, while progressively expanding coverage to additional corporate applications.

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for users of corporate applications and provide first-level support (L1).
- Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform,



ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
- Perform initial functional and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues or determine the appropriate escalation path.
- Register, classify, prioritize, and track incidents and requests through to completion.
- Keep users informed about the status and progress of their requests.
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized support teams (L2/L3) and coordinate follow-up activities until resolution.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions across applications under your responsibility.
- Support daily business operations by assisting users with application functionality and resolving operational queries.
- Participate in testing, deployments, and post-go-live support activities when required.
