What are we looking for?

This is a hybrid technical role that combines
Application Engineering
with
Technical Service
. You will help customers successfully adopt Meltio technology by supporting them throughout their journey—from identifying the right applications and providing technical sales support to delivering remote assistance, onsite service, and customer training.

Working closely with the APAC team and the integral engineering organization,



you will become a technical expert on Meltio solutions while contributing to the expansion of our technology across the region.

Main responsibilities

Application Engineer
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of Meltio technology.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer applications, industries, and manufacturing challenges.
- Become a subject matter expert on Meltio applications and technologies.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team through customer meetings, conference calls, presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
- Translate engineering concepts into clear, customer-friendly content.
- Research, develop, and document new industrial applications for Meltio technology.
- Travel to customer facilities to develop and validate customer-specific applications.
- Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Represent Meltio at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences across APA
