For one of our main customers based in Barcelona, we are looking for a
*Web Assistant.*
The main objective will be creating client-branded microsites (from a single template) on the customer website as part of the implementation of a specific talent acquisition solution.
Role:
- Working with the Digital Assistant who receives job ad publishing requests from the business.
- Receiving a client microsite brief brief & all the relevant content (imagery, video, text) from the Digital Assistant (for job ad publishing requests that require a client microsite)
- Building the client microsite in our CMS (pre-defined template)
- Updates/edits following client review of microsite (managed via Digital Assistant)
- Adding or removing job ads to/from the client microsite
Required Profile:
- Junior profile with high-level of spoken and written
English (C1)
- Tech-savvy, curious, fast-learning person with at least basic HTML / CSS knowledge, ideally with experience in working with a Content Management System.
- Knowledge of basic website design and creation best practices (incl accessibility), basic graphic design/editing skills
- Organized, attention to detail, comfortable working to tight deadlines, able to prioritize different tasks based on business needs
- Able to prioritize different tasks based on business needs, collaborate and communicate (set expectations) – main PoC would be the Digital Assistant. This role is not business-facing.
- MS Office experience
