The Vice President (VP) of Operations is responsible for the company's overall operational strategic planning and the establishment of its operations management system. This role encompasses production and operations management, supply chain coordination, process optimization, quality management, operational efficiency enhancement, and cross-departmental collaboration. The VP ensures the efficient and stable operation of the business while strengthening the company's operational capabilities and overall competitiveness in the general jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
I. Operational Strategic Planning and Management
Formulate medium- to long-term operational development strategies and execution plans;
Optimize the overall operational system and business processes;
Drive the upgrade of the company's operational model to enhance efficiency;
Establish a standardized and regulated operations management system.
II. Production and Supply Chain Operations Management
Coordinate operations across jewelry product R&D;,
procurement, production, and delivery;
Optimize supply chain processes to improve responsiveness and stability;
Manage production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation;
Facilitate efficient collaboration among suppliers, manufacturing plants, and internal teams.
III. Operational Process Optimization and Efficiency Enhancement
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization;
Develop operational improvement plans to reduce costs and increase efficiency;
Drive digital operations management and the standardization of business processes;
Establish an operational KPI system to continuously improve business performance.
IV. Quality Management and Customer Delivery
Establish and refine the product quality management system;
Coordinate quality control, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product compliance with standards;
