Role Description
The Creative Specialist is a full-time, remote role. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and editing digital content that highlights clients’ stories, race performances, and season updates across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating visual and written content, coordinating with athletes to gather media and information, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and style.



The Creative Specialist will collaborate with internal team members to develop creative concepts, optimize content for audience engagement, and maintain a professional, engaging online presence for each client. The role also involves monitoring trends in sports media and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in content creation and storytelling, including writing clear, engaging copy and shaping narrative arcs around races and season highlights.
- Ability to manage social media profiles, optimize posts for engagement, and align content with personal branding and sponsorship goals.
- Competence in using design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) to produce professional, polished digital assets.
- C1 English minimum as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with athletes and team members in a fast-paced environment.
