5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years leading engineering teams
~ Solid working experience in C++, python, Golang, Rust, Java
~ Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
~ Excellent communication skills in English

Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team
Work closely with Product to deliver the engineering roadmap
Improve engineering processes, delivery, quality, and team performance
Help scale the engineering team and culture
