Role Description
The Java Specialist will work on designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications that support the company’s internal tools, project workflows, and client-facing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include implementing clean and efficient code, building and integrating microservices, applying design patterns to improve system architecture, and ensuring application performance and reliability. The specialist will collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. This is a part-time, remote role, offering adaptable working hours while requiring consistent communication and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on Java.




- Experience working with Jakarta EE for building robust, enterprise-level applications.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture for scalable and modular system design.
- Practical understanding of Design Patterns to create maintainable and efficient code structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and modern build tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time workload, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
