POSITION TITLE:
CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (CRA)
REPORTS TO:
Project Manager
LOCATION:
MADRID
(SPAIN)
MISSION:
Ensure that clinical trials are conducted, documented, and reported in full compliance with the study protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. The purpose is to protect the rights, safety, and well-being of study participants while ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of the data collected.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION :

Experience
- 3-4 years as CRA
- At least 2 years Oncology experience
- Extensive experience in monitoring oncologic patients across multiple clinical trials
- Experience of monitoring of phase 2-3 and pivotal studies, Phase 1b is an add on
- Able to manage complex design, including SIVs,



monitoring during recruitment phase
- Demonstrate by management of a substantial number of sites / subjects.

- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve protocol deviations or compliance issues
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites/projects proactively

- Agility: demonstrate ability to adapt to new tools, processes and technologies in clinical researc
- IInterest and capacity to learn new ways of working and increase scope of responsibilities to grow in the role
