we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our Madrid office and support international software implementation projects across Europe. You will work with lead-ing organizations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and playing a key role in designing and implementing technology solutions that drive sustainability, operational excellence, and regu-latory compliance.

Your Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will lead enterprise software implementation projects, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and provide measurable value.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, EMEA, you will become part of an interna-tional consulting team specializing in digital transformation and SHEQ software solutions.

What You'll Do




- Advise clients on the implementation of software solutions supporting SHEQ, Compli-ance, ESG, and Risk Management processes.
- Analyze business processes and translate customer requirements into functional solutions.
- Participate in complex implementation projects, collaborating with consultants and ana-lysts to configure, validate, and deploy functional and technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality project deliverables through functional validation, testing, and end-user training.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and project meetings with clients.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients, delivering an exceptional custom-er experience.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to service estimates, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams on international projects.
