Role Mission
As Senior FP&A;, you are responsible for providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, partnering with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, optimize resources, and ensure accurate financial planning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead end-to-end planning, budgeting,



and forecasting cycles - delivering timely, accurate financial insights to

the Management Team.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models covering revenue, cost, and profitability at client,

project/campaign, and agency/entity level.
- Partner with Local/Regional finance team, and business unit leaders, providing financial insight and analysis

to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare management reporting packages, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
- Take an active role in the implementation of new ERP and FP&A; planning systems (TLO, NetSuite, Abacum),

supporting process standardization and automation.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, leveraging BI tools to strengthen reporting efficiency

and data quality.
- Support M&A-related; financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration as SAMY continues to

grow and
