- Prepare and submit firm compliance reports to government regulators, including the Office for Financial Sanctions Implementation

- Support the OGC compliance team in implementing its AML strategic plan and related projects

- Support ad hoc compliance programs, such as DAC6 and criminal corporate offences

- Prepare responses to compliance-related inquiries from clients, vendors, regulators, auditors, and other third parties

- Develop and update protocols, standard responses, and templates for compliance-related requests

- Review and advise on compliance-related terms and conditions in vendor contracts, client engagement terms, and outside counsel guidelines





- Provide legal analyses and responses to compliance-related questions from firm lawyers and staff

Requirements

- A law or other degree

- A law degree from an accredited law school

- Qualification as a lawyer currently licensed to practice, preferably in England & Wales, or in a jurisdiction where Latham has an office xqbhyrx

- Experience in financial crime compliance, preferably in a large international law firm

- Experience managing general compliance projects in a large international law firm, preferably

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

- Ability to lead others in projects and
