As a Data Analyst in the Regulatory FinCrime Compliance domain, you enable robust risk detection, monitoring, and regulatory reporting through data models and scalable analytics. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Risk and Product to build data-driven controls and reporting that support general operations. You’ll shape how FinCrime data is modeled, transformed and visualized to inform decisions and audits. This role offers impact on core risk workflows and a modern data stack at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and maintain data models and datasets for transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, and investigations
• Own end-to-end delivery of FinCrime analytics solutions from requirements to deployment
• Develop and optimise detection logic and monitoring rules for transactions and behavioural patterns
• Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and auditability




• Build dashboards and analytical tools (Looker / Looker Studio or similar) for risk monitoring and investigation pipelines
• Support regulatory and internal audits by providing data traceability of methodologies and controls
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of FinCrime processes (screening, monitoring, alert handling)
Responsabilidades
• 2-5 years experience in Data/Business Analytics, preferably FinCrime/Compliance/Risk/Financial Services
• Advanced SQL skills xqbhyrx (read/write across complex datasets)
• Experience with dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Looker / Looker Studio, Git
• Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets
• Solid understanding of financial crime frameworks
• English fluency (Spanish a plus)
