Key Responsibilities
- Manage
Transfer of Work (ToW)
activities between sites/suppliers.
- Lead and deploy
APQP
methodology throughout the industrialization lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
- Ensure compliance with
aeronautical standards
(EN/AS9100,



Part 21, etc.).
- Manage risks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement actions.
- Support supplier qualification and industrial readiness reviews.

Requirements
- Degree in
Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering
or similar.
- Proven experience in
Transfer of Work
within aerospace or industrial environments.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with
APQP
.
- Experience working with
aeronautical quality standards
.
- Strong coordination and communication skills in international environments.
- Fluent
English
(minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have
- Experience with suppliers or production transfers in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of industrialization, manufacturing, or quality processes.
- International project exposure.
