Great job opportunity for one of the main aeronautical companies at national level, needs to incorporate a Purchasing Technician for its facilities located in Seville.

Requirements:

Experience of at least 1 year in a similar position.

C1/C2 level of English, and specific knowledge of the language in negotiation (level test will be performed).

Availability to travel nationally or internationally.

Residence in Madrid or Seville.

It will be valued:

Knowledge in aeronautical materials and regulations.

Previous experience in the aeronautical or industrial sector.

Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table)

Experience with MRP (SAP, MS AX...)

Functions
- Analysis, forecasting, planning and organization of required purchases,



ensuring the timely availability of the required material (MRP analysis).
- Active search for new sources of supply, new suppliers, price negotiation, comparative offers.
- Supplier portfolio management. Indicators.
- Strengthening supplier relations through daily dialogue with regular suppliers, as well as with the different departments of the company in order to ensure optimal coordination.
- Optimization of costs through purchasing processes.
- Supervise and control the stock and service level, according to management guidelines.
- Purchase and track the necessary materials.
- Track orders and delivery time status.
- Support the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Minimize the impact of critical purchases for the organization.
- Improve the work processes of the purchasing department.
- Coordinate material deliveries in a timely manner.
