Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and assist the HR Team in the following activities
- End to end Recruiting process for BCG´s support departments (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations...).
- General HR: vacation tracking, policies, internal initiatives and projects, communication




- Support in Career Development process

Education and experience:
- University Degree or Master in a subject relevant to the HR field very valuable
- At least 1 year of working experience (human resources either in a consulting firm or in a corporate human resource department very valuable)

Skills and attributes:
- Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
- Professional approach to time and deadlines
- Ability to recognize and maintain highest
