What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability,



and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support leadership in improving care delivery and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex, multi-source healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure BI outputs meet the quality, compliance, and governance standards expected in regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, clinical operations, and AI researchers — to align analytics with real-world needs

Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management — you know what good looks like in this space
