contribute to security-by-design across Swiss Re by supporting architecture
reviews, security requirements, standards, and governance activities. You will
learn from experienced security architects while helping delivery teams
understand and apply security expectations in a practical, consistent way.
What’s more, you’ll be working in a hybrid setup, balancing work from home and
the office premises.

About the team

The Enterprise Security Architecture team helps define, maintain, and apply
security architecture across Swiss Re and its business domains. We translate
security expectations into clear requirements, standards, architecture
decisions, and practical guidance that enable secure transformation.

We work closely with security and technology teams across Swiss Re Group to
promote security-by-design, assess security risks, and provide guidance. Our
work supports aligned architectures, measurable security maturity,



and clear
security roadmaps for the organisation.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with genuine passion for
cybersecurity, a solid foundation in security concepts, and the curiosity to
grow into enterprise security architecture. This role is idóneo for an
early-career professional with around 2–3 years of relevant experience who wants
to support architecture reviews, document security guidance, and contribute to
secure design decisions under the guidance of experienced architects.

In your role, you will…

* Support senior security architects and enterprise security architects in
architecture reviews, security advisory activities, and governance
assessments
* Help review security requirements, solution designs, architecture blueprints,
and implementation approaches across applications, platforms, cloud services,
and integration patterns
