As a Rate Specialist, Voice, you will play a key role in optimizing Dexatel's integral voice pricing strategy by ensuring accurate pricing, maximizing profitability, and supporting commercial growth. Through data-driven analysis, pricing optimization,



and close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Vendor teams, you will help maintain a competitive portfolio while driving sustainable revenue and margin improvements.

What You Will Do:
- Maintain and update A–Z voice pricing across all customer pricing models, including default, customer-specific, and promotional rate plans.
- Prepare, validate, and publish pricing for new customers, commercial opportunities, and pricing updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Design and execute destination-based promotional pricing campaigns while analyzing their impact on traffic, revenue, margin, and conversion.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams by providing timely commercial pricing and customized pricing solutions.
- Analyze supplier pricing, route costs, billing increments, and route quality to identify competitive sourcing and pricing optimization opportunities.
