GBS Digitalization & Transformation department is looking for a Finance Digital
Transformation Specialist.

What you will do:

* Support the delivery of digitalization and transformation initiatives across
Record-to-Report processes, including Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Fixed
Assets and Intercompany.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation,
simplification and digital enablement.
* Participate in the design of digital solutions leveraging technologies such
as SAP, Power Platform, analytics and AI-enabled tools.
* Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable digital solutions in




partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
* Contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting capabilities and
data-driven decision-making tools.
* Promote best practices and support the adoption of innovative ways of working
across R2R teams.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential application
within Finance processes.

What are we looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
* 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Record to Report
(R2R), Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or related areas.
* Experience engaging with Accounting, Tax and Digital teams across multiple
countries and business units.
* Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP SIM, SAP ECC and/or SAP
