In this role, you will be a key member of Ogury's Global Analytics Team, building scalable, automated reporting and data models that support Product and Client Services. You will champion data governance and data quality, collaborating with Platform Engineering to deploy robust dbt-based models that inform integral business decisions. You will translate complex data insights into actionable outcomes that optimize ad revenue and user experience, shaping how the platform evolves. • Design, develop, and scale automated dashboards and analytics solutions for ad platform performance, campaign delivery, and user engagement for Product and Client Services
• Lead global data governance initiatives, defining data standards and documenting data lineages to ensure a trusted single source of truth
• Build, maintain,



and optimize production-grade data models using dbt in a cloud data warehouse
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Client Services to provide scalable, client-facing insights and automate ad-hoc requests
• Provide advanced analytics and insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and recommendations to optimize ad revenue and user experience
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering, ideally within AdTech
• Proven hands-on experience with dbt for scalable data models
• Expert-level xqbhyrx SQL skills for large-scale datasets
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks plus Git version control
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate metrics for product teams and clients
