At Factorial we're looking for a new
Partner
Development Manager
for the
Spanish Market
to help us support and scale our
Channel
team to the next level. You will be the key link between our most strategic partners and Factorial's internal teams — activating commercial networks, developing high-value relationships, and building a scalable engine for lead generation within our partner ecosystem.

What you'll do
?
- Define growth, activation, and pipeline generation objectives by partner and business unit.
- Act as the primary point of connection between the partner and Factorial.
- Adapt commercial strategies to the needs and maturity of each partner’s commercial structure.
- Increase the number of active commercial profiles within each partner.




- Collaborate with Factorial's SDR team to co-activate specific segments where direct client outreach is possible.
- Ensure the partner's commercial network has the knowledge and tools to generate quality leads consistently
- Lead periodic business reviews with strategic partners.

What are we looking for?
?
- Native Spanish speaker with at least B1 English.
- Previous experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Sales — experience in SaaS or digital environments is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and navigate large organizations.
- Strategic thinker who can design plans and execute them with autonomy.
- Data-driven: comfortable analyzing performance, identifying patterns, and making decisions based on metrics.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage both C-level executives and frontline commercial teams.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, and genuinely excited to grow with
