Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
