This role is based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential Beauty merchants, including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education, and set up their mid and long term account plan and help them grow their business sustainably on the platform
- Own GMV target, consistently driving merchant performance through data, experimentation, and iteration.
- Analyze Beauty market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners.
- Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform.
- Own internal projects to contribute to the ecommerce ecosystem as a whole.
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in Chinese to be able to work with Chinese internal teams based in Mainland China. Fluency in Spanish and English to be able to work with local stakeholders. Skilled in collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English/Spanish-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with general product teams and resource management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
