We are looking for a Non-stick and Decorative Coatings Technical Sales Representative to join our Performance Coatings Sales Directorate in Akcoat Spain/Italy.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering , or a related field
Minimum 5 years of industry experience , including technical and/or sales roles
Strong technical and commercial background
Excellent command of English and Spanish
Strong competencies in: Customer focus, Planning & organization, Solution and result orientation, Effective communication, Troubleshooting & request management, Product and service knowledge, Operational excellence
Strong analytical thinking, systematic working approach, and project follow-up skills
High level of motivation and ownership
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Valid B class driving license and active driving experience
Willingness to travel

This position will be carrying out...
Providing technical information/technical specification support regarding the product and production conditions
To make agreements with the customer under the right commercial conditions
Providing technical support for product samples and trials




Participating in workshops and studies to understand the needs on site by making customer visits. xqbhyrx Establishing strong relationships with customer technical teams
To conduct feasibility studies of samples requested by the customer in line with their demands. To manage the sample preparation process that will produce products in accordance with the customer's technical specifications
Conducting quality tests included in the customer technical specifications and reporting the results to relevant stakeholders, planning remedial activities
To manage product complaints effectively, ensure coordination between relevant units and decide on the best way to resolve the problem
Initiating and/or contributing to teamwork to identify and resolve root causes of recurring product quality complaints and quality problems
To create new customers and develop the existing customers
To follow up the delivery of Customer Orders at the promised level and quality, to contribute to teamwork to identify and solve the root causes of deviations
To provide analysis of his/her the region and feedback for the market, product portfolio and competitor details
To process sales orders with the objective time, quality and accuracy, and to ensure that these are processed
