in Madrid, driving execution and ensuring delivery of critical transport systems
that connect cities and reduce carbon footprint.

Your role, your impact
• Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out, in line
with Contract / Program Charter
• Lead project teams, including core members and partners (internal & external)
• Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer
satisfaction)
• Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights
• Drive risk and opportunity management proactively
• Align stakeholders and represent Alstom towards customers and partners
• Monitor KPIs and report transparently to senior management
• Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, finance, legal,
operations and customer stakeholders - solving complex challenges that shape the
future of mobility.

What you bring
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of Project Management experience
• Background in railway systems is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of project management processes
• Experience managing subcontractors and diverse product environments
