Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage and hire the talent that will support our growth across Europe. This role goes beyond recruitment, you will build talent pipelines ahead of demand, strengthen our employer brand, improve hiring processes, and partner with hiring managers to ensure we attract high-quality talent. Working closely with the People team and business leaders, you will contribute to making Talent Acquisition a scalable function within a fast-growing international company.

Talent acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities and referral programmes.
Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions.
Coordinate interviews and facilitate effective hiring discussions with stakeholders.




Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Hiring and onboarding
Drive international hiring activities and employee mobility processes across our European operations.
Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process.
Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business.
