About The Role

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Financial Controller & Back Office professional to manage the financial health and operational support functions of Ivy Decarb. This critical role will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and efficient back-office operations across our global markets. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting cycle, tax compliance, payroll processes, and administrative tasks, contributing directly to the scalability and stability of our rapidly growing business.

You’ll have at least 4+ years of progressive experience, including some supervisory experience, within Compliance and Audit within one of the Big Four Audit firms, (KPMG, PWC, EY or Deloitte
