We are seeking an experienced, organised individual to join the Fund Operations team, with a focus on Permira’s Internal Co-investment schemes and Balance Sheet vehicles (acros both Private Equity and Private Credit products). The role reports jointly to two Directors within Fund Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Fund Accounting, Reporting & Audit
Supporting the preparation and review of quarterly management accounts and capital accounts for the partnerships
Preparation of quarterly valuation summaries
Supporting quarterly reporting, presentations and reporting templates for senior and external stakeholders
Ensuring fund administrator reporting is accurate, on time, and reflective of wider business insights
Review of the annual financial statements prepared by the administrators and supporting the audit process
Cash, Capital & Transactions
Supporting the administrators in issuing and reviewing capital calls and distributions
Monthly updates of liquidity and cashflow projections, and preparation of cash flo
